Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, escalating to the Guest Relations team or Front Office when necessary.
- Maintain the lobby area, seating arrangements, and public spaces in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.
- Coordinate with front office, concierge, and bell staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and transitions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction in the lobby area and respond to any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support Guest Relations in managing VIP arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
- Handle guest communication, including welcome messages or pre-arrival requests.
- Promote hotel services, offers, and experiences to enhance the guest experience and hotel revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the lobby and public areas.
- Uphold professional appearance, grooming standards, and the playful, stylish identity of the SO/ brand.
- Assist with training or mentoring new lobby or guest-facing staff when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, concierge, or hostess roles, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and alignment with the SO/ brand identity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Friendly, approachable, and poised personality suitable for high-end guest interactions.
