Job Summary
New management at the Quality Inn in Gillette is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation, exceptional hospitality, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our beloved guests.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Provide exceptional hospitality addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
• Execute carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and work in a professional manner with other employees

Skills

• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Experience in custodial or housekeeping management is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is advantageous.
