Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote travel and tourism services.
  • Manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Stay updated with UAE travel regulations, tourism trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Travel & Tourism sales within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of tourism services, packages, and UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong client networks and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
