The Role
We’re looking for a Receptionist / Resident Coordinator who will be the heartbeat of our office — the first voice people hear and the person who helps keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll interact daily with residents, owners, vendors, and our internal team — creating a positive, professional, and helpful experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our company — in person and on the phone
- Answer incoming calls and guide residents, applicants, and owners to the right solutions
- Support our property managers with day-to-day coordination and follow-up
- Keep the office organized and running smoothly (mail, keys, payments, basic admin tasks)
- Assist with special projects and jump in wherever help is needed
- Handle a variety of situations with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Previous customer service or office experience (property management is a plus, not required)
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
