Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team! Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer questions, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
