Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality washes
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks including vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface polishing
• Conduct buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance and shine
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and janitorial tasks
• Assist with additional detailing services such as interior cleaning and window tinting when needed
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care during wash and detailing processes
• Follow safety protocols and proper procedures to operate equipment responsibly

Qualifications

• Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Valid driver’s license is advantageous for moving vehicles safely around the lot
• Experience with window tinting or buffing is a plus but not mandatory
