Responsibilities:

  • Must have knowledge of Choice Advantage hotel front desk system
  • 6 months of Hotel Front Desk Experience is must.
  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
  • Collect payment from departing guests
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
  • Provide professional customer service skills that include greeting, hosting and providing a full range of assistance for incoming and departing guests
  • Maintain all paperwork as required for your shift, including checking credit cards for validity and acceptability, responsibility for cash drawer balancing, proper registration accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance on all problems
  • Maintenance and managing daily inventory of items for breakfast with the general manager
  • Wash & fold commercial quality/quantity of laundry
  • Reliable transportation, Open availability: Sun-Mon, any shift

Qualifications: Previous experience in front desk service, or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong organizational skills, computer skills, decision making ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
