Duties

  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service hours.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional food service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role.
