Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts, depending on weekly scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working independently, especially during overnight hours.

Shift Availability:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Candidates must be available to work any of these shifts as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Address guest concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Monitor property and ensure guest safety during all shifts

Overnight Shift Duties Include:

  • Preparing and setting up breakfast service
  • Ensuring common areas are clean and ready for morning guests
  • Completing overnight reports and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable working independently, especially overnight
  • Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
  • Basic computer skills required
