Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while reconciling financial transactions
- Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and any discrepancies to support hotel management’s decision-making
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks throughout the property to ensure a secure environment
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently during overnight hours
- Set up and maintain breakfast
- Clean public areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience, particularly in front desk or guest services roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and efficiently
- Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting
