Five Guys Shift Leader Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Leader at our Five Guys location. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring a positive customer experience, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift, providing guidance and support as needed
– Ensure all operational standards are met, including food safety and cleanliness guidelines
– Assist with training and developing team members to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
– Manage inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
– Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure efficient staffing levels
– Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, setting the tone for a positive work environment

Qualifications:
– Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
– Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
