Job Summary

Pro Innovations is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and professionalism

Duties

  • High-volume data entry (primary responsibility)
  • Processing and assisting with weekly payroll
  • Managing employee timesheets and documentation
  • Answering and directing phone calls from builders, subcontractors, and clients
  • Providing professional and courteous customer service
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical records
  • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable
  • Supporting daily office operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong typing skills and computer literacy necessary for data entry and document management
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Experience in construction or working with contractors (a plus)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
