Job Description:

A General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Day Surgical Center and ensuring its overall success. Their role typically includes:

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve services and expand the centre’s reach.
• Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability.
• Supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Managing recruitment, training, and managing staff, including medical and administrative personnel.
• Addressing patient concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
• Coordinating with medical professionals and external stakeholders to enhance the center’s operations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role within a clinic or healthcare facility in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and optimizing workflow is essential.
• Strong financial skills
• Must be familiar with and ensure compliance with all UAE healthcare laws and regulatory requirements, specifically from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
