Job Overview
We are a growing Crude Oil logistics company looking to add a dedicated and reliable Shop Hand to our team in our Ballard location. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in working in a shop setting with the potential for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the shop, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Run parts and materials to the necessary locations.
• Support the Shop Manager with parts ordering and inventory management.
• Help technicians resolving issues that arise during daily operations.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Clean and maintain shop and service equipment.
• On call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Interest in pursuing a career as a Diesel Technician in the future is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required (cdl preferred)
• Must maintain uplifting attitude to maintain strong structure in shop environment
• Must be 21 years of age or older
