Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Monitor and report on company cash flow and budgeting.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants when needed.

Payroll Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for both in-house and outsourced staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation for management review.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and compensation.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in a confidential and secure manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting and payroll experience.
  • Previous experience in an outsourcing company or agency is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
