A busy solo CPA firm in Denham Springs is seeking a full-time Office Manager / Executive Assistant to start immediately. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of daily office operations in a professional yet relaxed setting.

You’ll serve as the key support person helping the firm run efficiently. You’ll handle client communications professionally, manage administrative tasks, and assist with whatever needs to get done to keep things moving smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office organization and administrative operations
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up
  • Communicate with clients professionally by phone and email
  • Manage phone calls — taking, returning, and making them as needed
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide general administrative and executive support
  • Assist with client projects and other tasks as they arise

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable taking initiative and following through with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Prior experience in office management, administrative support, bookkeeping, or a professional services environment preferred
