We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with strong sales experience and knowledge of aftermarket car audio installations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in selecting the right audio equipment and accessories for their vehicles, and ensuring smooth operations within our shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to incoming phone calls.
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the selection of car audio equipment and accessories.
- Determining installation costs and providing accurate pricing information.
- Assigning installation tasks to our skilled technicians.
- Maintaining an organized and professional work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Familiarity with aftermarket car audio systems and installation processes.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Able to start immediately and work alongside a manager for training and ongoing coaching.
