Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Participate in setup and breakdown of dining areas on a daily basis
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all events run smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A background in culinary arts or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
