About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids ‘R’ Kids Keller as an Assistant Teacher/Floater, where you will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds! Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
• Engage with children through play, educational activities, and social interactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise children during outdoor play and transition times.
• Help with meal and snack preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices.
• Provide individualized attention to children as needed to promote learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children’s progress.
• Adapt to various age groups and classroom settings as a floater.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing classroom needs.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
