Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Greets and welcomes Guests.
• Maintains a professional presence at the restaurants entrance at all times.
• Graciously manages the waiting lines and effectively and efficiently seat the Guests.
• Knows the hours/days of operation.
• Completes post shift side work requirements.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of menus, entrance and podium areas.
• Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.
• Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone with appropriate greeting.
• Assists other Team Members in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Assists other Team Members in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and hostess area.
• Cheerfully accommodate the needs and requests of any Guest.
• Notify the Manager On Duty of any customer complaints to assure customer satisfaction.
