Reservations Agent

Job Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing bookings, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process.

  • Process resort reservations efficiently and accurately
  • Provide up-to-date information on hotel facilities, special offers, and promotions
  • Handle room inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations promptly and courteously
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
  • Assist with yield management to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and history
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with overflow calls when needed
  • Stay informed about local attractions and amenities in Ras Al-Khaimah to provide tailored recommendations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems
  • Passion for sales and promotion with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proactive, “can-do” attitude with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings
  • Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Ras Al-Khaimah
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and best practices
  • Language skills ideally
