The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer.
You’ll manage the day-to-day rhythm of their professional and (when needed) personal responsibilities—ensuring time is optimised, communication flows smoothly, and priorities stay aligned.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate complex internal and external meetings, manage diary entries, set reminders, resolve conflicts, and prioritise engagements efficiently
- Communications Support: Act as a primary point of contact for the CRO—manage emails, calls, correspondence, and liaise with colleagues, clients, and external partners
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange business travel, accommodation, and itineraries with attention to detail and flexibility.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing notes, papers, and follow up on action items. Optionally, draft presentations or summaries as needed.
- Expense & Task Tracking: Process expense reports and manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Event & Project Support: Help organise internal events, workshops, and special projects related to revenue initiatives as required.
- Ad-hoc Personal Support: Provide occasional personal assistance—errand coordination, restaurant reservations, household bookings—depending on the CRO’s needs, while maintaining discretion and efficiency
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite/Executives in fast paced environments
- Language: Both English and Arabic
- Strong communication—written and verbal—with a professional, discreet manner.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and multitask in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Proficient in productivity software (Outlook, Teams, G Suite, MS Office).
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones or hybrid settings.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
- Initiative-driven mindset and proactive problem solving.
