Job Summary

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability at all times
• Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment safely
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution

Experience

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and deep cleaning methods
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies enhances efficiency
• Background in hospitality or hotel management provides valuable insight into guest service standards
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
