What you’ll be doing
To enhance operational performance by analysing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements that lead to increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved service delivery.
- Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement process enhancement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply Planning, Fulfilment, logistics, RSO etc) to align operational goals.
- Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps for consistency and scalability.
- Support the automation of manual processes and the integration of tools and technology to streamline operations.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies and root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
- Prepare and present performance reports and improvement proposals to management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives within operational or business environments.
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams to align process improvements
Experience supporting change management and engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels. - Experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or similar process design platforms.
- Experience of ERP systems (specifically SAP) and how they impact operational processes.
- Experience with automation tools or digital process optimization is a plus (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
