Responsibilities

• Support drivers with loading, unloading, and arranging packages in the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Assist in organizing delivery routes by properly positioning packages in box trucks for efficient drop-offs.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy boxes and pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Work with drivers at delivery sites to ensure accurate and secure distribution of packages.
• Provide professional customer service by greeting customers politely and answering delivery-related questions.
• Follow safety protocols, including correct lifting methods and warehouse procedures.
• Help with route navigation to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in deliveries or driving box trucks is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items safely.
• Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with route experience; courier or commercial driving background is helpful.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions and handle repeated heavy lifting.
