We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Tele Sales Officer to source Credit card and Personal loans.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

• Call Customers from the lists given by Banks Finders and sell credit cards, personal loan and bank account products
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling customers to explain company products and source leads for credit cards and personal loans.
• Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

Tele Sales Officer Requirements:

• Any Bachelor s degree
• 1 to 2 years of credit card / loans / accounts / insurance tele sales experience in the UAE. (mandatory)
• Exceptional selling skills
• Maintain pleasant personality all the time.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
