Construction Laborer – Carpentry, Masonry & Lift Crews | Full-Time
SJ Hauck Construction – Absecon, NJ

SJ Hauck Construction is hiring hardworking, reliable laborers to join our growing team. We are looking to fill positions in our Carpentry, Masonry, and Lift Divisions with opportunity to grow into skilled and leadership roles.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, entry-level to mid-level position for individuals who want to work hard, learn real skills, and build a career in construction. We are not looking for people who just want a job — we want people who want to grow.

Open Positions

• Carpenter Laborers (2)
• Mason Laborers (2)
• Lift / Foundation Laborers (2)

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
• Support carpenters, masons, and lift crews in daily operations
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Follow direction while maintaining a safe, organized jobsite
• Show up ready to work and keep pace with the crew

Requirements

• Construction or labor experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working on active jobsites
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass drug test
