The Certified Public Accounting firm of Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, PA is seeking a TEMPORARY experienced, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented front office person to join our Dover administrative team. The position is temporary (approximately 3 weeks) and in-person. We are looking for 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, but some flexibility in hours may be available.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones; greeting clients and vendors; incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining inventory of supplies; and other administrative work as needed.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-3 years office experience
- Team-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge, proficiency and aptitude for applicable software and firm technology, including Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is helpful.
