Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented IT Marketing & Sales Position to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT services, acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and pre-sales consultations.
  • Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and handle negotiations.
  • Maintain strong after-sales client relations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing and business promotion strategies.
  • Apply professional marketing techniques to increase brand awareness.
  • Track and manage multiple tasks, projects, and client accounts effectively.
  • Submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales/marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (web development, digital solutions, software, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office is a plus.
