Overview

We are currently seeking lawn care crew member(s) to join our team. We are seeking someone with experience. The job entails mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing and other general lawn maintenance tasks. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The applicant must have their own transpotation & be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. Availability Monday- Friday from 7am-5pm. Pay is based on experience. Duties

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance curb appeal.
• Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety standards.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and landscape features to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care machinery and power tools effectively.
• Strong understanding of lawn care techniques & landscape maintenance practices
• Experience with mowing/lawn care, leaf removal, and snow plowing is highly desirable.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions along with attention to safety protocols.
