Join our dynamic team as a Team Leader Carwash Attendantat at the new Immaculate Auto Spa carwash. Our carwash includes a Express tunnel, self Service Bays and Pet wash! Take charge of delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations at the carwash, motivate and guide a team of attendants, and ensure every vehicle receives top-quality service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment for customers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, detailing, and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting where every day is different and full of momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of carwash attendants to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
• Oversee the proper use of car wash equipment and supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Train new team members on procedures such as car wash techniques, detailing processes, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, and equipment maintenance
