To strengthen our Sales Department, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Dubai. This role will support the Director of Sales in managing leads, handling departmental administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that drive overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Sales Department in day-to-day activities and departmental coordination.
- Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in CRM systems.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with client communication and ensure excellent service across all touchpoints.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Sales Department, including contract preparation, database management, and filing.
- Support the wider sales team in achieving targets by ensuring seamless processes and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or sales support role (experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality is a plus).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
