Pool Service Technician (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We are hiring a reliable, motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours, paid training, and a clear path to higher pay.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18/hr starting pay (no experience required – we train)
• $18/hr during training → $19/hr after completion (4–6 weeks)
• Up to $24/hr for experienced technicians
• Health insurance after 60 days (company pays 80%)
• 7 paid holidays
• 5 days PTO after 1 year

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Start time: 7:30 AM
• Typically 8–9 hour days (until route is completed)
• No weekends

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain residential & commercial swimming pools
• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Complete a daily service route efficiently and safely
• Provide professional, friendly customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR reviewed)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Smartphone for communication and routing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and good communication skills

Physical & Work Conditions

• Lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Frequent standing, bending, and physical activity
• Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
