Responsibilities

• Safely operate our 12-passenger shuttle van
• Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring smooth load and unload processes using equipment such as pallet jacks or carts when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and service areas, supporting housekeeping staff as needed.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met; report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate transportation schedules and address special requests.
• Support moving tasks around the property, including furniture or equipment transport, utilizing appropriate heavy equipment knowledge if required.
• Follow all safety protocols related to driving and warehouse operations, including proper use of manual transmissions or heavy-duty vehicles like dump trucks or flatbeds when applicable.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving, shuttle driving, or bus driving preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to load & luggage carefully and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Physical ability to lift luggage or equipment regularly; comfortable moving around the property for extended periods.
• Prior janitorial experience is a plus!
