Office Assistant

Duties:

– Perform clerical tasks such as data entry
– Assist with proofreading and editing documents
– Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
– Provide receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
– Assist with project coordination and tracking
– Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
– Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
– Preferred experience in billing
– Preferred college student or college degree
