About us: We are a rapidly growing company based out of Blue Grass, Iowa that has been proudly doing business for over 20 years. Brus Construction, LLC started with 3 employees, doing mostly residential room additions and remodel work. We now employ over 22 hardworking individuals and have transitioned into specializing in every aspect of commercial construction, doing work for several large area businesses. We offer a wide range of construction services and are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team!

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals, 18 years of age or older, who are ready to begin working towards their career and who are eager to gain valuable experience working in the construction industry. This position reports directly to the job foreman. The individual will learn basic construction techniques, mandatory safety regulations per the construction industry, proper use of power tools and job site heavy machinery, along with other valuable information for efficiently working in the construction industry.

· Will perform general construction labor tasks such as digging, cleaning, and demo work.

· Will assist in keeping the job site well-maintained, organized, clean, and free of any potential hazardous situations/materials that may result in possible injury to laborers.

· Will assist in the loading/unloading and transportation of construction materials.

· Will work to assist the job site foreman and other job site personnel with various general labor tasks.

· Will be responsible for maintaining and tending job site tools and machinery.
