Basin Haulage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. This position is key to maintaining timely collections and supporting our office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing high call volumes while assisting with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform a minimum of 40 outbound collection calls per day to clients/customers regarding outstanding receivables.

· Accurately record all collection activities and maintain organized records.

· Use QuickBooks or similar accounting software to manage accounts and process payments.

· Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create reports, correspondence, and maintain documentation.

· Assist with general office duties including answering phones, filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance role.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.

· Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office tools.

· Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.

· Ability to stay organized and meet daily call quotas and deadlines.

· Comfortable with multitasking and supporting the office with other administrative tasks.
