Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plumbers Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist licensed plumbers in various plumbing tasks, ensuring that installations and repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Help in assembling and installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Perform pipe threading and welding tasks as needed.
• Support HVAC installations and repairs under the guidance of experienced plumbers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are accounted for.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow on job sites.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing work.
• Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of plumbing systems.
• Ability to build, assemble, and weld components as required.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Competence in reading schematics and blueprints for accurate installations.
• Experience with pipe threading techniques is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mentality.
