Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while supporting the overall operations of our establishment.

Duties

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
• Support food service staff by ensuring that all necessary items are readily available during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist with catering events as required, providing support in food preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is an asset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory.
