SALARY: $18 / hour

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, wash and dry cookware and utensils by hand when necessary
• Sort, stack and store clean cookware and utensils.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Clean dishwashing area
• Sweep & mop kitchen floors
• Clean kitchen tables and equipment
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Willing to learn new things + act fast
• Be available to work various daytime, evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to thrive in an active, noisy, and demanding environment
• Be comfortable standing and walking for long periods during a very busy shift
