Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Server / Bartender.

This role is primarily serving, with occasional bar shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed.

You will be the face of Shirube — responsible for creating a memorable guest experience through attentive service and strong product knowledge.

  • Previous serving experience required
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality
  • Take orders and deliver food & beverages efficiently
  • Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
  • Learn menu items and confidently make recommendations
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar team
  • Handle payments and close checks accurately
