HR & Admin Officer

Role Overview
The HR & Admin Officer will handle all HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support the company’s growth. This position will report directly to the Managing Partner and coordinate closely with our Production & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff record management.

· Manage employee contracts, probation, evaluations, and terminations.

· Handle attendance, leave, visa, and payroll coordination with accounts.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

· Support procurement and administrative tasks such as documentation, letters, and supplier communications.

· Maintain HR policies, forms, and internal communications.

· Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and issues.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 3–5 years’ experience in HR and administration (construction or manufacturing industry preferred).

· Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
