An exemplary preschool in Melbourne is seeking a highly organized individual to work amongst other members of management in ensuring that our centers are operated according to our high standards and reputation for excellence at all times. Members of management are the face of the organization and must be professional individuals with a passion for early childhood education. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include but are not limited too the following duties:

Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children we care for

Assisting teachers with weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities

Ensuring compliance with DCF regulations

Ensuring that developmentally appropriate practices are being implemented.

In order to be considered for this position you must have one year of management experience working in a childcare facility and hold a valid Directors credential or have a degree in education and be willing to take the necessary course for the Directors credential.
