Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service in alignment with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Assist in developing and implementing restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Prepare reports on staff performance, sales, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations.
