Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and escort guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with their dining choices
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance guest experience
• Check IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Credit card transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of tables and dining areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a waiter or waitress preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Flexible availability to work shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
