Job Description:
We are currently hiring for Female Sales & Logistics Coordinator with experience in logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in import/export documentation and customs procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all related documentation; knowledge of BOE processing for customs clearance.
  • Coordinate import and export shipments efficiently.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare logistics reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of shipments and smooth customs clearance.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as invoice, packing list, and COO.
  • Utilize government portals including MOFA, MOIAT, and others as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge with sales documentation and logistics
  • Prior experience in logistics and BOE application is a must
  • Good knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Female candidates only

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
