We are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests, and we’re looking to add a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to our team.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a welcoming and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time roles available. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping to create a positive and inviting atmosphere. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure efficient seating arrangements while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are seated comfortably.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth transitions between seating and meal service.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant and menu.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area.
• Assist with basic administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
