We are a real estate company in Dubai looking for an Admin & Call Executive to support our daily operations. The role involves handling calls, managing client records, and providing general office support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and make calls to clients.
  • Arrange property viewings and support the sales team.
  • Keep records and update client information.
  • Handle basic office and admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be based in Dubai.
