• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking, keeping the store organized and inviting
• Provide product knowledge, answer questions, and suggest complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention measures

Experience

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions
• Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customers
