Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Process payments and return correct change
• Answer questions about menu items and services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile at shift end
• Communicate special orders or shortages to kitchen staff
• Correct and resolve order issues professionally
• Support concession operations as needed
